Convenient location for Acibadem hospital. Requested twin room, got double. Hotel has marble tiles and cast iron banister. Food in restaurant was nice and cheap.

We had a great stay near the center with easy access to everything. Best aspects included the clean rooms, delicious breakfast, attentive staff, and very close proximity to Taksim square.

My room was very clean and spacious. The location was great for exploring the city. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the helpfulness of the staff. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an old part of the city very close to taksim square and Taksim and the hill to the property. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Taksim district. The early check-in process too. We had 2 great days here, would recommend the place.

Poor lighting in the room, making it difficult to see in the evening. Limited and repetitive food options for breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, situated on a street that leads directly to a bustling square. The service is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The dining options were fantastic, with delicious halal food served in the restaurant and a lovely bar/lounge area for drinks and socialising. The facilities, including the sauna and leisure/TV room, were also excellent.
I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for a great hotel in a convenient location with top-notch service and amenities.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with Taksim Square just a short walk away. The area is bustling with cafes and restaurants, and the metro station is also nearby. the staff are very friendly and helpful during your stay.
The hotel charges for Wi-Fi access, which isn't very convenient for business travelers in need of constant connectivity.
